DNA 双螺旋结构的发现不仅揭开了遗传学奥秘,也让人类把DNA做为智能生物材料而进行工程改造创造了可能。近年来,结构DNA纳米科技(structural DNA nanotechnology)如DNA折纸术(DNA origami)、单链DNA瓦(Single-stranded tile)蓬勃发展。与此同时,动态DNA纳米科技(dynamic DNA nanotechnology)也发生了革命性的进展。基于单链取代(strand displacement)的逻辑门和信号放大器为在溶液中实现任意化学反应网络成为可能。基于这些技术,DNA集成电路、DNA机械控制、DNA图像处 理等功能被相继实现。在这次报告中,我将介绍动态DNA纳米科技的理论基础,即DNA杂交及单链取代的热力学和动力学,对近来该领域的关键进展作出综述, 并着重介绍我本人在DNA信号放大器和图像处理器方面的工作。
