个人简介:
张宇琛,2018年6月获武汉大学博士学位,师从刘天罡教授;于2018年10月至今在日本东京大学菅裕明(Hiroaki Suga,日本化学会主席、获2023年沃尔夫化学奖)教授课题组进行博士后研究。张宇琛博士从事基于无细胞系统的合成生物系统研究,以及核糖体肽类天然产物翻译后修饰酶的挖掘与应用;并结合mRNA展示技术与翻译后修饰酶开发基于非天然核糖体肽的先导化合物从头筛选。报告人以第一作者身份在Nature Catalysis, Trends in Biochemical Science, ACS Synthetic Biology 等学术期刊上发表学术论文6篇,申请国际专利一项、授权中国专利一项。
报告简介:
A deep understanding of biosynthetic pathways is a prerequisite for utilizing them for green biomanufacturing. Due to the complexity of the biological system and the toxicity of the product, it is difficult for us to modify the biosynthesis pathway as we like in the organism. The reporter used a cell-free system to decouple cell growth and biosynthetic pathways, and completed the in vitro reconstruction of complex metabolic networks, mining of non-natural ribosomal peptide antibiotics and their post-modification enzymes, which not only deepened our understanding of biosynthesis but also expands the scope of its application.
